Public Sector Consultants’ president, Peter Pratt, has been with the firm for 29 years. In honor of PSC’s 36th birthday this past month, he reflects on those past three decades.
“During the years I’ve been at PSC, I’ve seen the firm grow and get better. As a company, we’re steadier and we’re taking on more policy issues than ever before. We’ve always attracted immensely talented people, but our talents are expanding. For example, we now have a program management component, which is something we never contemplated in our beginning years.
“One thing that’s unchanging, however, is PSC’s fun and exciting environment. I feel like I get paid to learn every day. I get to go to school every day and don’t have to pay for tuition.”
