Valued partners and friends,

We are reaching out to you with news that Public Sector Consultants (PSC) CEO Jeff Williams has decided to step down from his position this fall to pursue new adventures. Jeff began working at PSC 28 years ago, first as a part-time intern, and has been our CEO since 2011.

PSC has long extolled to partners and clients the value of succession planning as a tool to shape an organization’s leadership composition and future, and current shareholders Jeff Williams, Julie Metty Bennett, and Rachel Kuntzsch are committed to practicing what they preach. With that, we are excited to share that, following Jeff’s transition, Julie and Rachel will lead the firm as CEO and president, respectively.

This process is well practiced at PSC, marking the fifth iteration of shareholders in the firm’s history. Because we have successfully navigated transitions before, we anticipate no effect on day-to-day operations or client services. We will celebrate these transitions (and PSC’s 40th anniversary!) later this year.

While PSC shareholders come and go, the spirit of our mission never changes. You partner with us because we care about the same thing: improving the quality of life for the residents of Michigan and beyond through the development and implementation of innovative, actionable public policy. Everything we do is in service of that mission and we are honored by your continued faith in us.

Please join the PSC team in congratulating Jeff, Julie, and Rachel. Stay tuned for details on the 40th anniversary event and future updates.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your contact at PSC.

All the best,

Your friends at PSC
