Linda is a firm believer in the power of sound research and thoughtful analysis to transform public policy. But even the best information won’t foster change if it isn’t communicated in a clear and compelling way. That’s where Linda excels. First as a public policy researcher in education and the environment and now as a communications specialist, she takes complicated topics and translates them into whatever medium helps the firm and its clients reach audiences in the most effective way. Whether it’s a research report, a technical manual, a persuasive newsletter article, or a pithy social media post, she prides herself on being able to write in any style and on virtually any topic.
At PSC, Linda is responsible for helping the company live its brand. She also develops the firm’s newsletter and media content, manages marketing projects, and creates and executes communications strategies. Recently, she has been experimenting with new approaches—such as data visualization and kinetic infographics—to convey the results of PSC’s data-rich research.
Her inquisitiveness and ability to learn quickly has helped Linda develop expertise in many different areas. Prior to joining PSC for the second time, she founded Headley Pratt Consulting, which assists government agencies, trade associations, schools, and Fortune 500 companies with a wide range of organizational and subject matter challenges.
