On any given day, you can find Michelle exploring different recipes in the kitchen. Whether they’re passed down from family, found online, recommended by a friend, or created out of sheer curiosity, Michelle unleashes this passion for food in cooking and baking. She particularly loves sharing this passion with her family, exploring her Italian roots by whipping up enough pasta to feed an army. Cherishing this time with her family and discovering new styles of cooking allows Michelle to tap into her more inquisitive side.

Michelle serves up the same sense of kitchen curiosity on PSC’s health team. At PSC, Michelle focuses on solving the health system’s myriad issues. From improving access to care to advocating for change, she’s always looking to answer the day-to-day questions that drive her. She spends her work day facilitating meetings, guiding focus groups to get real-life answers, conducting interviews and providing strategic planning and evaluation expertise to PSC clients.

Prior to PSC, Michelle spent almost six years working in the nonprofit sector with the Michigan Farmers Market Association gaining expertise in food systems, access, and equity.
