Roxanne has always been the life of any party—a true extrovert in every sense. With a passion for making connections and positively affecting everyone around her, she knew she wanted to spend her time working right alongside people with the same values. Roxanne has made a career out of this kindness and uses her vibrant, social nature to strike a charismatic figure at PSC’s front desk.
As the receptionist at PSC, Roxanne is the first person that guests, clients, and staff see when they arrive at the office. She greets visitors and maintains the front desk, providing administrative help where necessary. She also communicates regularly with external vendors, organizing the logistics of mailing operations, food/catering, and other services.
Prior to joining PSC, Roxanne served as a human resources assistant for the State of Michigan’s Department of Civil Services for over 30 years. She also worked as a long-term substitute teacher for the Lansing School District and owned and operated Roxie’s Childcare Developmental Center.
