Kelly is a natural-born creator—from music to novels to smart technologies, she’s at the cutting edge in all of her many facets. That focus on creation and growth serves her well when she’s bridging different goals, interests and challenges to unlock new opportunities and positive outcomes for clients.

As senior vice president of client services, Kelly leads, manages, and delivers high-quality services to PSC’s clients. She is responsible for ensuring the firm’s client care commitment is implemented in every meeting and conversation with partners. Kelly specializes in developing best practices so that each client receives innovative, high-quality solutions to solve their public policy problems. She leads the client services team in researching and analyzing policy for clients at the local, regional, and state levels, taking on challenges that range from broad policy development to tactical implementation. Kelly makes sure projects run smoothly, safeguards client satisfaction, and uses her skills as an efficient, hands-on leader to oversee effective team resource management.

Kelly has expertise in community, economic, organizational, and workforce development as well as educational system improvement. She also has deep functional knowledge in designing project management and information technology systems that support public policy implementation and organizational efficiency. She has spent over 20 years of her career in the public and nonprofit sectors, including the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the American Red Cross, implementing projects, programs, and systems to improve the lives of Michigan businesses and citizens.
