Every fall, going back to school was one of Alex’s favorite times of the year. She spent countless hours organizing her school supplies before her first day and developed an afterschool system to include both homework and fun. Buying school supplies brought Alex joy because it meant she had a new planner to color code and notebooks to organize.

At Public Sector Consultants, Alex uses her love of organizing as the operations coordinator for Michigan Saves, a multimillion‐dollar nonprofit organization that assists residents across the state in securing financing solutions for energy updates to their home or business. Alex uses her analytical mindset to find innovative ways to streamline new and existing processes. With experience discovering creative solutions to address obstacles, she thinks outside of the box to improve operational performance.

In her previous role as a project manager at the Michigan Health and Hospital Association Keystone Center, Alex worked to develop and implement a learning management system for her organization to spread programs and quality improvement education to healthcare providers across the state. She is excited to draw on this experience to improve lending programs operations at Michigan Saves and bring more energy-efficient solutions to Michigan.
