Brooke has always believed in high standards. Whether developing new processes, planning engagement sessions, redesigning programs, or seeking out opportunities for improvement, Brooke uses her razor-sharp attention to detail to expertly diagnose inefficiencies and create a step-by-step plan to correct them. This signature commitment to continuous improvement motivates her to work hard and strive to always meet, or exceed, project goals and deliverables.

As a senior consultant at Public Sector Consultants, Brooke brings her infectious enthusiasm for improvement and acute project management skills to the Energy and Environment team. She seeks to effectively and efficiently research, analyze, engage, and strategize to deliver enhanced or improved outcomes for Michigan residents. Brooke’s keen skill for planning and organization help her successfully execute a project from start to finish, always ensuring everything is in perfect order.

Prior to joining PSC, Brooke spent eight years in state government, where she focused on continuous improvement initiatives. Most recently, she managed the statewide Lean training and certification program and facilitated process improvement engagements for all departments.
