When asking Peter about his hobbies, you might never get the same answer twice. Whether it is cooking a meal from scratch, planning a Dungeons and Dragons campaign, going to a Detroit Lions game, or having a thorough debate about which Taylor Swift album is best, he will be excited to talk to you about it. The skillsets and experiences he brings to his work are just as diverse. Peter’s background in communications, policy, and evaluation, along with his expertise in public health, human services, community development, and more, makes him an innovative and knowledgeable partner ready to tackle problems from every angle.

As a senior consultant on the health and human services team, Peter empowers clients to promote the health and well-being of the communities they serve. He designs and implements program evaluations, collects and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, and figures out ways to communicate lessons learned from a project. He believes in looking across topic areas and sectors for answers to the big questions facing our clients and impacting residents.

Before PSC, Peter worked as an evaluator, policy maker, and communications professional helping local governments connect with and support underresourced communities.
