Michelle comes from a large family and has five brothers and three sisters. Her family is very important to her; she loves spending time with them, whether by traveling to new places, enjoying a boating trip on a summer day, or playing games at home. While things get a bit loud and chaotic when they’re all together, she always finds fun and harmony in the jumble.
At PSC, Michelle uses her ability to work with people as a customer service representative for Michigan Saves, a multimillion-dollar nonprofit green bank managed by PSC. In her role, she supports customers, contractors, and lenders as they navigate the organization’s services. Michelle is passionate about providing high-quality customer service to everyone she speaks to. She educates customers on programs, offers, and qualifications; builds contractor relationships; and provides administrative support to the Outreach Team.
Prior to joining PSC, Michelle worked in various administrative positions, including as an office administrator for Holland Heating & Cooling.
