Jason is driven to blend his financial acumen with his desire to make a positive impact. That approach was on his mind as he sipped coffee at a café in Jodhpur, India, where he was working with community banks to lend money to local women entrepreneurs. Jason had an epiphany at that café. He didn’t have to move across the world to make a difference. He should be doing his mission-driven work back home in Michigan. So, Jason moved home and got to work, starting and operating businesses, projects, and investments to deliver both financial returns and social impact. Fifteen years later, Jason is still working in Michigan, utilizing his skill set to serve others.
At PSC, Jason supports the design and implementation of investment strategies for green bank clients. This includes developing innovative financing mechanisms, managing project proposal processes, collaborating on communications with stakeholders, and providing operational support. Jason also works as a project manager and subject matter expert on other PSC client projects.
Before joining PSC, Jason served as the director of investments and portfolio management at Gingras Global. He cofounded the Flint Area Reinvestment Office in 2009 and Tenacity Brewing in 2014.
