Troy’s passion for technology began with building computers as a teenager. He meticulously analyzed each component, following the detailed instructions to construct functional machines. While he thought he was simply creating better computers for his video games, he was also beginning to understand how different elements fit together in productive ways and why processes matter.
Troy puts this knowledge to work as the systems manager for Michigan Saves. He oversees the daily operations and productivity of the information technology solutions that support the organization’s lending partners, contractors, and borrowers. He keeps processes moving smoothly by using his skills in project management, software development, and cloud computing.
Prior to PSC, Troy worked as a program manager at Vertafore and as a super regional diversity, equity, and inclusion leader for Amazon.
