From her first 12-hour childhood family trip, Lindsey knew that road trips would always be her favorite way to explore new places. She appreciates the journey just as much as the destination. From the many family trips to solo self-discovery miles on the road, Lindsey learned the ins and outs of a successful trip, such as planning for important stops along the way, including the all-important ice cream stop. She prepares the right tools and resources to ensure an engaging ride, whether it be a playlist for any mood or weather-ready window raindrop races. She is also prepared to change course when the inevitable unexpected event strikes, and still make it to the destination on time.
As a senior consultant at PSC, Lindsey brings the same planning and strategic approach to find solutions to the stickiest policy challenges. She works alongside clients and communities to truly understand their desired goals and drive a plan to achieve their vision. Lindsey conducts, translates, and analyzes research to connect clients to relevant solutions. She also facilitates stakeholder engagement, focus groups, and strategy planning sessions to understand the impacts of policy on community members.
Before joining PSC, Lindsey served as a partnership manager at The Skillman Foundation, working with Detroit nonprofit organization leaders to ensure an equitable K–12 education system. She brings expertise and experience in the nonprofit and public sectors with the Council of Michigan Foundations, City of Detroit Planning and Development Department, and as a proud Detroit teacher.
