Monica learned early that the best way to keep people on an even keel is to make sure everyone in your boat is rowing in the same direction. That’s how she keeps track of two busy kids while also raising two young American Bully dogs and maintaining a full schedule of hobbies and travel.
Monica brings this attentiveness to PSC, where she serves as a senior executive assistant. In this role, she provides high-level administrative support to the firm’s principals, oversees their schedules, and anticipates unforeseen circumstances to keep each day operating smoothly.
Monica initially joined PSC as an executive assistant in 2009 and spent nearly 10 years with the firm supporting various teams and projects. Over the last several years, Monica gained experience as an Office Manager at MSU’s College of Business, supporting the college’s Associate Dean and overseeing the staff and operations of the Dean’s office. She most recently spent the last four years as the senior executive assistant to the Senior Vice President of Governmental, Regulatory, and Public Affairs at Consumers Energy before returning to the firm.
