We are well-versed in a range of process and impact evaluation methods including developing theories of change and logic models; qualitative and quantitative data collection using tools such as discussion groups and multimode surveys; in-depth informant interviews; cost-effectiveness analyses; and comprehensive data analyses to yield deep insights and actionable findings that strengthen current programs and inform future decisions.

Our evaluation process has four primary components:

We create a shared understanding of your program’s purpose, goals and objectives through a logic model or theory of change.

We connect program actions with outcomes, identify key research questions and determine data sources and data collection activities.

Collect and analyze data

We use established tools and data sources like surveys, interviews and discussion groups to gather insights and assess progress.
