Our Services

Economic Studies

We combine rigorous research methods with subject matter policy expertise to uncover trends, measure impact and identify opportunities that shape Michigan’s economic future.

Tell the story behind your impact

Our economic impact and contribution studies measure how a business, industry or event adds to a local or regional economy, or how a change to a business or industry impacts a region. Using advanced tools such as ArcGIS, IMPLAN and Placer.ai we dig into quantitative and qualitative data analysis to get a better understanding of how regional activities affect employment, labor income, GDP, tourism and industry output. We will show you the ripple effects these types of activities create throughout a specific geographic region.

Once you have all the information, we can put it together for you in easy-to-understand data visualizations and executive summaries so you can communicate these insights in clear, compelling ways to influence policy, build stakeholder support and drive action.
