LANSING, Mich. — Public Sector Consultants is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Rogers to senior vice president of client services.
In this new role, Rogers will lead PSC’s client services team, uniting expertise across all content areas to put the firm’s commitment to excellent client care at the forefront of the work. She will oversee project management, team resource management and client satisfaction, ensuring PSC continues to deliver innovative and effective public policy solutions.
“Kelly is a dynamic leader who consistently raises the bar when it comes to how we approach client services,” said PSC president Rachel Kuntzsch. “She is an invaluable team player and a solutions-oriented partner, always focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.”
Most recently, Rogers served as the vice president of talent and economic development. She led a team focused on advancing initiatives that support Michigan’s workforce and economic growth. Before that, she applied her technology background and project management expertise to program implementation as the director of Catamaran. Since 2005, PSC has provided technical and staffing support to Catamaran, the Michigan Department of Education’s reporting system used to promote positive outcomes and ensure compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education.
“Kelly has taken on increasingly more responsibility at the firm since she started with us in 2019,” said Kuntzsch. “She has built a reputation as a reliable and strategic leader among clients and colleagues.”
Prior to PSC, Rogers spent much of her career working for the betterment of local businesses and improving the well-being of Michigan residents. She has experience in the public and nonprofit sectors implementing projects, programs and systems at statewide organizations, including the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the American Red Cross.
