Ever since Kelli was a child, she has been the natural confidante for friends, family, and even strangers seeking help with their problems. As a holistic thinker, she loves asking meaningful questions and digging into the nitty-gritty details to identify the root causes of these issues. She thrives on deep reflection and analyzing patterns to better understand herself and the world around her. This curiosity has evolved into a passion for understanding how individual pieces fit together to create lasting, comprehensive change, regardless of the challenge or context.
As a consultant at PSC, Kelli supports the community and economic development team by conducting policy research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and translating findings into high-quality client deliverables. She also contributes to stakeholder interviews, engagement efforts, and strategic planning processes that enable clients to make informed, evidence-based decisions. Kelli employs a detail-oriented, analytical approach for every project, helping clients translate research into practical solutions.
Prior to PSC, Kelli worked as the data analyst for Kids Count in Michigan, measuring child well-being across all Michigan counties. Her background also includes serving as a research assistant at Michigan State University, where she helped create a universal database of ballot measures. Additionally, she has led several original qualitative research projects focused on Indigenous populations.
