Whether we’re talking to concerned residents or a room full of subject matter experts, we create a structured and inclusive environment where all participants can contribute. During meetings we often use visual aids like whiteboards, flip charts and slide decks to solicit input and boost engagement. Before a meeting or consensus building session, we will work with you to define the purpose of the meeting, identify outcomes and get a better understanding of the participants and the issue(s) at hand. We have the bandwidth to provide a variety of pre-and post-meeting support such as calendar invites, agendas, supplemental handouts and meeting notes across in-person, hybrid or fully virtual gatherings.
